How to Measure

To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

1. Bust

- Measure around fullest part.

2. Waist

Measure around natural waistline.

3. Hips

Measure the widest point around your buttocks.
* The measurments refers to the unworn,streched out item. Paspul uses a technical fabric that streches for more than 10 cm.

If you would like a refund for your regularly priced item, PLEASE CONTACT paspulclothing@gmail.com  to receive instructions on how to return your item. Returns will be accepted within 7 days upon the customer's receipt of the item. You will be issued a full refund credited to the same account of your purchase.  You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns received after 7 days will not be accepted.

Sale Merchandise:

No refunds will be issued for merchandise on sale. All sale items are final sale.

Important Note:

Items returned or exchanged must be in the original condition i.e. new, unworn, unsoiled and in sellable condition.  All tags must be in place. Merchandise which is not  in new condition, and has been soiled, damaged, washed, mishandled, or is missing the tags will be returned to the purchaser. No credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims. Paspul reserves the right to refuse any return that is poorly packaged or damaged and by way rendering the items unsellable. Once an order has been placed, you may not cancel once the order has shipped. However, if the merchandise has not yet been shipped, you may be able to cancel by immediately contacting Paspul at paspulclothing@gmail.com

Paspul reserves the right to refuse service, credit and exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take an additional 5-7 days to appear on your account.

We ship worldwide with regular postal service. Please allow 7-20 days for delivery depending on your location.

Purchases with more than one product may be shipped in separate boxes. In that case separate delivery notification emails with the tracking number for each parcel will be sent.

Paspul will send shipping confirmation via email as soon as the purchase has been shipped; this will allow you to track the status of your shipment on www.posta.rs
